2024 CRN SWEETHEART
Admiral Savannah Moose
On May 15, 2024, Savannah Moose was selected by the Admiralty to
become the 2024 Cherry River Navy “Sweetheart.” That same day, Savannah
was commissioned and received the “Oath of Office” into the CRN as an
“Admiral of the Line” by her father, Admiral Eric Moose.
Savannah
is the daughter of Eric and Marcie (Green) Moose and the granddaughter
of Roy and Hallie Moose and Harvey and Sharon Green, all from Richwood.
She is a graduate of Richwood High School with several accolades:
Richwood High School 2024 Salutatorian, President of the RHS National
Honor Society, Senior Class President, recipient of the NHS Science Key,
recipient of the John Philip Sousa award in the RHS Lumberjack Express,
and RHS Student Council Parliamentarian.
Savannah enjoys a
multitude of sports, fishing, and hiking. She is a member of Little
Laurel Baptist Church.
In the fall, she will pursue a degree in
Computer Science at WVU Institute of Technology in Beckley, WV.
Savannah is very honored to reign as the 2024 Sweetheart of the Cherry River Navy.
