The success of an organization, especially a non-profit, has to do with transparency. Here you will find all of our business documentation. Although we have been certified as a non-profit organization in West Virginia, I cannot find where non-profit status was ever requested or granted via the IRS. My goal is to submit our 501 (C) (3) non-profit paperwork and hopefully be approved before the end of the year..........Wally Howerton April 2014
